Summer Wonder Camp
Wonder Camp is for inspiring curiosity and creativity through hands-on fun for campers ages 6-12! Join us for engaging STEAM projects with a focus on investigating the world around us and our roles as agents of innovation.
Camp project examples:
- Create your own mini parade float
- Invent a new style of hat
- Design and build a cardboard arcade game
- Make a mask that represents something important to you
- Transform a cupcake into a work of art
Program Dates: June 10 – 14 and June 24 – 28.
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Ages: 6 – 12
Cost: Members $170, Nonmembers $190, Scholarships available!
Registration opens to members and general public on Mar 11 at 8:00 PM.
Wonder Camp Scholarship Information
Who is eligible?
- Households that have an Access Membership
- Households who are EBT/WIC or SNAP cardholders
- and have Children ages 6-12
*Please be prepared to provide the necessary documentation if a museum representative gets in touch to confirm your eligibility.
What will I have to pay if I am awarded a scholarship?
A scholarship will waive all camp fees, making the program FREE.
Please note: Only one child per household can receive a scholarship. If more than one child in a household wants to attend our Wonder Camp, one registration will have a scholarship and the other(s) will be at full price.
When will I find out?
We will review scholarship applications as they are requested and award them based on availability. There are a limited number of scholarships available and are on a first come, first serve basis.
